At Outdoor Supply USA, we provide a Product Quality Guarantee because we stand by all the products we sell. We work exclusively with U.S.-based suppliers who supply the highest quality products in each of our product category offerings.

As an Authorized Reseller for all our brands, all our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us by phone, email, or live chat for specific warranty details.

All orders should be inspected when they arrive. If you notice any damage, even to the packaging, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect your order is damaged, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to support@outdoorsupplyusa.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
