Engineered in Canada, the Flex Overland is a sturdy off-roading and cargo fat tire electric bike with foldable aluminum unisex and unisize step-thru design and dual battery option. The proprietary rear hub delivers the up to 500W power, allowing you to climb the sharpest of hills and carry your cargo effortlessly.
High Load Capacity: Designed in British Columbia, the Envo Flex Overland caters to North American riders' cargo mobility needs with its robust high-torque assist system, ensuring reliable performance on steep inclines. The bike comfortably accommodates two passengers, offering ample space for a second rider on its spacious rack. Additionally, it can be fitted with two child seats, allowing your children to join in on the adventure.
North America's Longest Range: The Flex Overland features a UL-certified battery (48V, 15 A.h) capable of over 100 km on the lowest pedal assist setting and up to 50 km on the highest. For extended range, a dual battery setup offers approximately 200 km per charge, totaling 1560 Wh. These batteries, either LG or Panasonic Li-Ion cells, come with a protective BMS to prevent overcharging and overloading, enhancing their lifespan. Additionally, they are designed to perform efficiently in cold temperatures.
Convertible to Snowbike and Trike: The Flex Overland offers additional versatility by transforming into two other products using the same platform. With modular components, it can easily be converted into the Flex SnowBike for lightweight, portable winter travel, and the Flex Trike, meeting the demand for a 3-wheel electric bike.
Foldable Frame: The Flex is created with a sturdy, lightweight, foldable, and unisex hydro-formed aluminium alloy frame that can accommodate riders ranging in height from 4'11" to 6'5". It can handle up to 400 pounds of load and has a step-thru design that makes it simple for the rider to get on and off. The frame is particularly built to reduce any vibrations and noise from the drive-system, with the appropriate wheelbase for a fast and comfortable ride on both paved and dirt terrain.
Street-Legal & Off-Roading: Owning an Envo Flex Overland opens the door to endless adventures! Its powerful motor and long-range battery, especially with the dual battery option, enable exploration of uncharted territories. The bike blends off-road thrills and urban riding ease by limiting power to 500W and speed to 32km/h for city use, while unleashing up to 1000W and 45km/h for off-road adventures. This ensures a thrilling yet worry-free experience, both during the journey and on the return.

HEADLIGHT: The FLEX Overland is fitted with high efficiency and bright LED headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebar.
TAIL LIGHT: Taillight and reflector provide more safety riding in the dark. It powers up once the headlight is switched on. These taillights also double as brake light, turning on when brake is applied.
SADDLE: The unisex saddles, professionally designed with cuts and curves for high performance pedaling, and wide enough for long upright cruises, are the most relaxing, cushion saddles with ultimate comfort and style for all riders.
Fat Cushion Tires: The Flex Overland is outfitted with 20 x 3.3'' off-road type fat tires. These thick tires provide sufficient cushion to increase riding comfort, dynamic maneuverability, and handling in a variety of terrains. Tires are fat and knobby enough to provide excellent traction on wet cement, asphalt, dirt, or gravel trails while producing minimal noise and drag on routine urban paved rides.
Hydraulic Disk Brake: Top-tier Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with electronic cut-off sensors increase the safety of both the bike and the rider. When you apply the brakes, the electronic sensor cuts off all power to the motor, allowing the bike to brake faster and stop in a shorter distance rather than allowing two opposing forces to act in opposite directions.
